Maximum Income for a 1 Person Home is $28,860. gross per year
Maximum Income for a 2 Person Home is $32,940. gross per year
Maximum Income for a 3 Person Home is $37,080. gross per year
Maximum Income for a 4 Person Home is $41,160. gross per year
Maximum Income for a 5 Person Home is $44,460. gross per year
Maximum Income for a 6 Person Home is $47,796. gross per year

There is a $25.00 non-refundable application fee. Additional $15.00 for married couple or roommates. - MONEY ORDER ONLY.

At the time of application we require a $100 holding deposit receivable by money order. If the application is approved the amount is applied to the security deposit. The $100 will be returned to the applicant if the application is declined. There is an additional $200.00 deposit for pets (see office for pet information) plus an additional $25 per month rent.
